10/17/2014 Haitian SWAT team returned to the school grounds early this morning to protect Martinod’s men who are still occupying the property illegally. There are several of their cars patrolling the gate and main road intimidating members of the community. Mrs. Rene’s life is being threatened – they have no legal papers to be there. Bernard Martinod is putting up a wall in front of the school gates right now.
Bernard Martinod with funding from Le Credit Mutuel has been terrorizing The Haitian Academy and the community of Titanyen. Le Credit Mutuel is funding his constructions on land that belongs to The Haitian Academy. This dispute is in court now but Bernard Martinod is using the Haitian Legal System as his personal tool of intimidation through illegal payoffs. His plan is to build a French Village on the land owned by The Haitian Academy.

We have all our legal documents proving our legal ownership of the land but this hasn’t stopped Michel Lucas, Bernard Martinod, and Le Credit Mutuel from building on our land and intimidating us with the use of force and corruption.
